2016 is a massive year for Troon as it becomes the focus of the golfing world during the summer with the return of The Open Championship to Royal Troon and as a result it's likely to be a busier year than ever for the volunteers of Live@Troon.

The line up is now taking full shape for the core events and tickets are on sale for most online already. Details will be published next week on where to get tickets locally.

Change of Date

First thing you'll notice is that Live at Troon has been moved back a week. Competing with the Air Show has been a challenge the past couple of years so this year we're moving to the second weekend in September from Thursday 8th to Sunday 11th of September in fact.

ABBAmania to Open Live at Troon

The Friday opener is a seventies and eighties retrofest with not only the sounds of ABBA but supported by The Slade Experience who will Skweeze and Pleeze!

Tickets are £20 (all early Bird Tickets sold out within the first two weeks) and tickets are available to book online below. Be quick!

Saturday Line Up Taking Shape

The Saturday at Live at Troon is taking shape with the first four bands confirmed with Glasgow Rap act Hector Bizerk leading the line up. We can confirm that the yellow movement will be returning to the main stage in the form of Colonel Mustard and the Dijon Five. Electro rock band Crash Club will be supporting along with local band Soldier On.

We've kept ticket prices low at £15 for the night and with four bands playing for FREE at the Futures Session in the South Beach Hotel during the day, Saturday is going to be a feast of indi rock and rap.
